Step One - Check Availability calendar.

Step Two - Call or e-mail for confirmation of availability.

Step Three - Print and complete rental agreement.

Step Four - Mail or fax rental agreement.

Step Five - Send deposit* to reserve the condo.

Step Six - Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival.

Step Seven - Lock box security code will be forwarded 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Step Eight - Print map for location of condo.

*A deposit of 1/2 of the rent is required to reserve the condo with the remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 is collected. All cancellations prior to 45 days from scheduled arrival are refunded less $100.00 service fee.  Verbal reservations are held for 3 days.
