Caribbean Beach Properties, our property management company, will handle your reservation once you are ready to book your vacation. Caribbean Beach Properties will provide all particulars on booking, security deposits, and cancellation policies.
Bedroom: king-size bed, dresser and closet, safe
Bathroom: shower with shaving seat and separate vanity and sink area
Living Area: futon sleeper, satellite TV, DVD/VCR player, CD/cassette player
Kitchenette: mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dual burner electric cook top, bottled water cooler dispenser
Dining Area: granite countertop with four bar stools
Balcony / Terrace: 2 chaise lounge chairs, table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, and tiled countertop with drink ice down area, BBQ grill, hammock on stamped concrete with privacy concrete railing around perimeter
Beach: Beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket, beach towels, back pack, ice chest, boogey boards, first aid kit
Each vacation condo rental is supplied with maid service, linens, towels (including beach towels), soap, shampoo, coffee filters, bottled water, and golf clubs (RH). The Casita Azul condo also has a safe for your personal items, as well as a washer and dryer in the common area utility room.
